Booking Terms and Conditions
(effective 1st April 2006)
- Booking is required.
- A deposit of $100.00 is required upon confirmation of dates. This can be paid by Visa/Mastercard or direct Deposit. This amount will be deducted from your final account.
- A booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and confirmed.
- The deposit is non refundable if booking is cancelled 14 days or less before your arrival date.
- Payment is accepted in cash, Visa and Mastercard. Special deposits and cancellation fees apply to special events and holiday periods during the year.
- All rates are in Australian dollars.
- The rooms and bathrooms are cleaned before check-in & upon checkout.
- Unfortunately, we have no access for wheelchairs.
- While there is a non-smoking policy indoors, guests are welcome to smoke considerately outdoors.
- Pets can be accommodated, but it is requested that they remain outdoors at all times.
- Please ensure the house is secured at all times when you are not home.
- We cannot accept responsibility for any loss of guest items.
- Any losses, breakages or damage not due to normal wear and tear are the responsibility of the guest, and will be deducted from your security deposit.
- For insurance and safety reasons, the facilities of the house are for use by guests only. Your co-operation is appreciated.
- A security Credit card deposit is required upon check-in. By providing your credit card details or otherwise paying your deposit, you are confirming your agreement to our Terms and Conditions and you are authorising Innerside Properties to charge your credit card for any cancellation costs.
- Any changes or cancellations within 1 week still require full payment.
- If property is left in a very dirty condition - an additional cleaning fee may be charged.
Check In and Check Out Times
• Check In time is normally 2.00pm unless other arrangements have been made.
• Check Out time is by 11.00am with later times possible by arrangement only.
